How to reset your password

If you are having trouble logging into your LineLeader account or need to reset your password, please follow these steps.

From app.momentpath.com:

1. Go to app.MomentPath.com on the web and click “Forgot Password?” on the sign in screen and Click on the “Forgot Password?” link: 

Find "Forgot Password?" under the Username field.

2. Enter the email address you are using as a login and click “Submit”.

3. You will receive an email with a verification code. Once you receive that code go back to your browser to reset your password.

NOTE: Please allow at least 15 minutes for the validation code email to arrive before starting the Password Reset process again.

4. Use your email address and new password to continue accessing LineLeader in the future.

From the Mobile App:

Resetting your password from the mobile app has never been easier!

1.From the sign in screen, click “Password Help”

2. You will fill in the email address that is associated with your account and select “Reset Password”

3. You will be directed to a screen that looks like this

4. It may take a few minutes, but you will receive an email that contains a verification code. You will insert this code into the “Enter Code” field on the screen shown in #3. Once you enter the code and choose a new password, you will click “Save New Password” then proceed to login with that new password.
